1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Uploading or distributing any content that is seditious, obscene, defamatory or unlawful.

najib44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member suspected of breaching these provisions, and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

6 Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on the najib44 platform, including but not limited to site design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and the software used, is the exclusive property of najib44 or parties who have licensed it to najib44.
